Refund policy
Return Policy:
Customers are eligible for a return within 90 days of receiving the product under the following condition:
- The product arrives damaged.
Returns will NOT be accepted for the following reasons:
- The product has been opened: Due to sanitary reasons, opened products cannot be restocked.
- The product was bought on sale: All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect size ordered.
- Order placed by accident.
- Dislike of the product.
Order Cancellation or Changes
- Orders can be canceled or changed if the customer contacts customer service via email within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, changes cannot be made as the order may already be processed and shipped.
Additional Information:
- Items purchased during sales are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Store credit will be issued for the retail price of the returned item(s).
To start a return, you can contact us
If your return is accepted, we will send you our return address, and you will be responsible for the safe shipping of the item back to our facility. Your store credit will be processed within 3 business days of your item arriving at our facility.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We also cannot refund items once they have already been shipped, in this case, you would have to start a return once you have received the item, and if it was bought at full price.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
